The fields of hospitality services administration, logistics,  marketing, purchasing & supply chain management, and retail management provide a wide range of career opportunities.      Our department offers majors in each of these areas, as well as minors in advertising, hospitality, marketing, and retailing.
  We have a faculty of seventeen full-time faculty members, most of whom have had business experience. None of our classes are taught by graduate assistants. Our faculty believes in the concept of "active learning" and they serve as mentors who assist in career planning and personal development.
  Career opportunities include advertising, brand management, logistics and supply chain management, market research, promotion management, public relations, purchasing, retailing,    and personal selling and sales management.
